Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and result-oriented Manager – B2B & Staffing (Business Development & Sales) to drive growth across our Corporate Training & Staffing verticals. This role involves building enterprise relationships, driving consultative sales, managing client accounts, and expanding business partnerships in India and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, engage, and convert enterprise clients for training and staffing solutions.


Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue growth and recurring partnerships.


Conduct consultative sales pitches to HR Leaders, L&D Heads, CTOs, CIOs, and decision-makers.


Manage the end-to-end client lifecycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closure, onboarding, and retention.


Collaborate with internal teams (training, recruitment, delivery, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.


Drive participation in RFPs, proposals, MoUs, and corporate contracts.


Track market trends, competition, and client needs to design innovative business solutions.


Represent SkillzRevo at industry forums, conferences, webinars, and networking platforms.


Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets with a focus on long-term client value.

Required Skills & Experience


4–7 years of proven experience in B2B Sales / Business Development in EdTech, Corporate Training, Staffing, or HR Tech.


Strong track record in enterprise client acquisition and achieving revenue targets.


Deep knowledge of Learning & Development (L&D), Staffing/Recruitment solutions, and HR workflows.


Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and negotiation skills.


Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales productivity platforms.

Preferred Attributes


MBA/PGDM in Marketing, HR, or Business Development.


Exposure to South Asia, Middle East, or global B2B markets.


Strong strategic mindset with a passion for client success and revenue growth.


Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
