MANAGER

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Makeup Academy Manager to oversee the daily operations of our academy. The role involves managing training schedules, supervising staff and trainers, ensuring high standards of teaching and service, and driving admissions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty industry along with strong leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the makeup academy, ensuring smooth execution of classes and training programs.
• Supervise and support makeup trainers, administrative staff, and other team members.
• Plan and implement course schedules, workshops, and special events.
• Ensure all classes maintain high quality standards in teaching and hygiene.
• Drive student admissions by coordinating with marketing teams and conducting academy tours and counseling sessions.
• Handle student queries, feedback, and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain inventory of makeup products, tools, and ensure proper stock levels.
• Monitor financial performance, prepare reports on admissions, revenues, and expenses.
• Stay updated on latest beauty and makeup trends to keep course content relevant.
• Build relationships with industry professionals, brands, and organize guest sessions or seminars.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in management, cosmetology, beauty, or related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience in managing a salon, spa, beauty academy, or similar environment.
• Strong leadership, people management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
