Manager/ Asst. Manager Account Management/BD- International Business

As a Manager/ Assistant Manager in Account Management/ Business Development for International Markets in the Exhibition and Trade Show Industry located in Noida, you will have a great career opportunity to showcase your skills. Your main responsibilities will include business generation, account management, and concept selling for exhibit designs in the international markets. Key aspects of your role will involve lead generation, B2B sales, corporate sales, and client coordination. Additionally, you should be open to international travel to Europe & USA for a minimum of 3 to 6 months. To excel in this role, you should have good international exposure and be comfortable interacting with a team of architects, designers, and marketing & projects team. Knowledge of foreign languages such as German, French, or Spanish would be an added advantage. Familiarity with the tradeshow/exhibit industry will also be beneficial as you will be responsible for pitching, understanding requirements, and positioning trade show booths to target customers. In terms of qualifications, the ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of proven experience in corporate sales and account management. Candidates from top business schools are preferred. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, along with a pleasing personality and the ability to remain cool-tempered and handle rejection. Strong negotiation skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude towards follow-ups and deal closure are also crucial for success in this role.
