  • MBA in Human Resources (mandatory)
  • 7 to 9 years of HR experience in a mid-sized organization
  • Experience in leading a team and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of HR operations including recruitment, employee welfare, policy administration, and people practices
  • Lead and manage the HR team to deliver effective HR operations
  • Oversee recruitment activities and ensure timely hiring aligned with business needs
  • Drive employee welfare and engagement initiatives to strengthen culture and retention
  • Ensure smooth administration of policies and HR processes across the organization
  • Provide assistance in rolling out performance management cycles and related frameworks
  • Partner with stakeholders to resolve people-related queries and maintain a positive work environment
  • Monitor adherence to HR practices and ensure compliance with internal policies
  • Support organizational growth by fostering a culture that values people and processes equally
  • As the organization grows, this profile will continue to evolve and additional responsibilities may be added over time
