Job Description

MBA in Human Resources (mandatory)
7 to 9 years of HR experience in a mid-sized organization
Experience in leading a team and managing multiple stakeholders
Strong understanding of HR operations including recruitment, employee welfare, policy administration, and people practices

Lead and manage the HR team to deliver effective HR operations
Oversee recruitment activities and ensure timely hiring aligned with business needs
Drive employee welfare and engagement initiatives to strengthen culture and retention
Ensure smooth administration of policies and HR processes across the organization
Provide assistance in rolling out performance management cycles and related frameworks
Partner with stakeholders to resolve people-related queries and maintain a positive work environment
Monitor adherence to HR practices and ensure compliance with internal policies
Support organizational growth by fostering a culture that values people and processes equally
