Responsibilities

• Improve delivery efficiency through project management:
• Accurately record and maintain data related to resource projections
• Provide inputs for enhancing project management support
• Review the project plan and ensure it is in line with customer expectations and requirements
• Liaise with relevant departments for process/ cost / timeline estimation and ensure all required information is collated
• Escalate any deviations with respect to timelines, cost or process to the reporting manager in a timely manner
• Identify and assess potential risks associated with a project and communicate to the reporting manager
• Coordinate with the finance and scientific teams for scale up, SFC/ Chiral purification, chemical invoicing for each collaboration
• Ensure the final compounds are shipped to clients/ biology team in a timely manner
• Build lasting client relationship:
• Attend teleconferences with clients/ scientific teams and share action items with them
• Ensure high morale and skill development of team and self:
• Develop, mentor and coach the team members
• Recognize best performers through various rewards & recognition programs
• Monitor the performance of the team on a continuous basis to identify key performers
• Mentor subordinates
• Enhance knowledge related to project management tools, reporting tools, certifications etc. through training
