Manager

As an IMS Lead Auditor, your role involves planning and scheduling audits of the Integrated Management System as per established procedures and schedules. You will lead audit teams in conducting on-site and off-site audits across various departments and functions, reviewing processes, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Your key responsibilities include: - Identifying non-conformities, deficiencies, and areas for improvement during audits and proposing corrective actions. - Communicating audit findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders. - Preparing comprehensive audit reports documenting findings, conclusions, and recommendations. - Following up on audit findings to ensure timely implementation of corrective actions. - Providing training and guidance to staff on IMS requirements and audit procedures. - Staying updated on changes to relevant standards, regulations, and best practices. - Collaborating with other departments to promote continuous improvement and adherence to IMS requirements. Additionally, you should ensure adherence to the HSE roles, responsibilities & accountabilities as defined in MS-0047700-HSE Roles Responsibilities & Authorities. You are also expected to comply with and ensure implementation of the company's and the customers" Quality, Health and Safety, and Environmental Process requirements. Qualifications and Experience: - Minimum 10 years of Relevant Industry Experience - Minimum 5 years of Auditing Experience in a Certification Body - Certification as an ISO Lead Auditor for Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001), Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001), and/or Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (ISO 45001) - Strong knowledge of quality, environmental, and health & safety management principles, standards, and regulations - High level of competence in the use of Microsoft Excel and other data management tools Your expertise and experience in auditing, coupled with your knowledge of quality, environmental, and health & safety management systems, will be crucial in ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement within the organization.,
