General Manager - Medical Audit Service

In the Products business unit at TV Rheinland, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, quality, and innovation of various products. Your primary goal will be to ensure products comply with international standards across different markets, ranging from consumer goods to complex medical devices. You will be involved in the entire product lifecycle, assisting companies in meeting both national and international regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve local Business Field (BF) commercial targets (P&L), including sales, costs, and EBIT, in close alignment with Area Sales Managers (ASaMs). - Define the local BF strategy in line with TV Rheinland's global strategy and implement, communicate, and control it. - Manage the local product portfolio, including innovation, relaunch, and elimination of products, considering the global product portfolio strategy. - Implement performance processes, IT-tools, and quality standards related to accreditation. - Apply know-how in the local area and lead the employees of the particular local BF. - Adhere to corporate guidelines and regulations, ensuring full P&L accountability for the local Business Field. - Responsible for HSE roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities as defined in company standards. Qualifications Required: - Good knowledge in English (B1 Intermediate). - At least 10 years of professional experience in a related area.
