Team Support: Provide assistance to the Supervisor/Manager for any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned. Achieving TUVR’s Annual Performance Goals and KPIs relating to audit schemes. Ensure adherence to the HSE roles, responsibilities & accountabilities as defined in MS-0047700-HSE Roles Responsibilities & Authorities. Comply and ensure implementation of the company’s and the customer’s Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Process requirements. Experience & Further Qualifications To conduct (act as a lead auditor) audits for social audit schemes / human rights assignments & various code audits programs. Must be an APSCA registered auditor & in good standing record under APSCA Must have a minimum of 4-5 years of social & human rights auditing experience covering multiple sectors. Knowledge of environmental standards, ETP, chemical related standards will be added advantage Must have human rights auditing experience of various industries covering textiles, chemical, hardgoods, leather and heavy industries. Must have audit experience of at least two international standards like SMETA, BSCI, SLCP & WRAP Must have working experience of 2nd party / 3rd party auditing agencies.
