Manager - Administration

As a Manager in the Enabling Functions - Administration department at Syngene International Ltd., your main responsibility is to lead the admin and facilities team in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities: - Administration & Facilities: - Visitor Management: - Ensure compliance with the visitor management process as defined in the BBRC procedure manual, as evidenced by findings in internal audits - Security Management: - Ensure smooth functioning of security operations at the front office - Office Correspondence: - Manage courier services effectively - Admin Helpdesk: - Close requests received at the Admin helpdesk as per the agreed SLA - Admin Support: - Update Admin support data and send reports every third working day of the month - Library Management: - Reconcile the library books and share the updated file - Transport Arrangement: - Execute late evening transport on a daily basis along with weekend cab requests - Travel Arrangement: - Book cabs for external visitors and interview candidates - Hotel Booking: - Arrange accommodation for interview candidates and new joiners - Casual Management: - Conduct meetings for casuals once a week and ensure workplace cleanliness by personally checking daily - Event Management: - Coordinate with vendors for arranging logistics for events - EHS: - Ensure issuance and retrieval of walkie-talkies to ERT members - During fire alarm activation, take the headcount of visitors evacuated from the facility at the assembly point - 5S Implementation: - Implement 5S in the personal environment Education & Experience: - Graduation or Post graduation in any stream - 12-15 years of relevant industrial experience in Admin About Syngene: Incorporated in 1993, Syngene International Ltd. is an innovation-focused global discovery, development, and manufacturing organization providing integrated scientific services to various industries worldwide.
