Job Description

1..Office Administration

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the office.
  • Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality of office infrastructure.
  • Manage pantry supplies, housekeeping, and security services.

2. Facility Management

  • Coordinate repairs, servicing, and upkeep of office equipment and premises.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for facility-related needs.

3. Travel & Logistics

  • Handle travel arrangements including ticketing, hotel bookings, and local transport.
  • Maintain travel records and expense reports.

4. Vendor Management

  • Identify and manage vendors for office supplies, services, and maintenance.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of goods/services.

5. Inventory & Asset Management

  • Maintain records of office assets, equipment, and supplies.
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate procurement when needed.

6. Event & Meeting Coordination

  • Organize internal meetings, training sessions, and company events.
  • Ensure availability of meeting rooms, refreshments, and required materials.

7. Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain documentation related to office operations, contracts, and licenses.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, labor, and statutory regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
