Manager – Administration

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily office & site operations across multiple locations
• Lead and mentor an admin team; streamline cross-department coordination
• Manage procurement of supplies, vendor negotiations, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with policies, audits, and regulatory requirements
• Drive process improvements, digital solutions, and SOP implementation
• Support leadership with reporting, data management, and logistics

What We’re Looking For

• 4- 8 years of experience in administration/operations management (preferably in design/build, construction, or real estate)
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Proven experience in vendor management and procurement
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and administrative tools/systems
