Manager Accounts & Finance

Job Summary

The Manager – Accounts & Finance will be responsible for overseeing the company’s accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliances, and banking-related activities. The role requires strong expertise in financial statement review, regulatory compliance (GST & TDS), coordination with banks, and effective team management to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Review

• Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Prepare quarterly financial statements for limited review and ensure timely submission to stock exchanges.
• Coordinate with auditors for limited review and statutory audit requirements.

Compliance & Taxation

• Review data related to GST compliance, including returns, reconciliations, and assessments.
• Review TDS calculations, returns, and ensure timely deposit and filing as per statutory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable financial and tax regulations.

Accounts & Controls

• Review interest calculations of creditors, lenders, and other financial institutions.
• Monitor accounting controls and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.

Banking & Finance

• Handle renewal of banking facilities, including cash credit, overdraft, term loans, and other limits.
• Prepare and submit financial statements, projections, and supporting documents required for bank finance.
• Coordinate with banks for ongoing compliance, documentation, and reporting requirements.

Team Management

• Lead, guide, and supervise the accounts and finance team.
• Allocate work, review team outputs, and ensure timely closure of tasks.
• Support team development through training and performance feedback.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Education:

• Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• Manufacturing Industries: 3 years (Preferred)
