Job Summary The Manager – Accounts & Finance will be responsible for overseeing the company’s accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliances, and banking-related activities. The role requires strong expertise in financial statement review, regulatory compliance (GST & TDS), coordination with banks, and effective team management to ensure accurate and timely financial operations. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Review Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards. Prepare quarterly financial statements for limited review and ensure timely submission to stock exchanges. Coordinate with auditors for limited review and statutory audit requirements. Compliance & Taxation Review data related to GST compliance, including returns, reconciliations, and assessments. Review TDS calculations, returns, and ensure timely deposit and filing as per statutory requirements. Ensure compliance with all applicable financial and tax regulations. Accounts & Controls Review interest calculations of creditors, lenders, and other financial institutions. Monitor accounting controls and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping. Banking & Finance Handle renewal of banking facilities, including cash credit, overdraft, term loans, and other limits. Prepare and submit financial statements, projections, and supporting documents required for bank finance. Coordinate with banks for ongoing compliance, documentation, and reporting requirements. Team Management Lead, guide, and supervise the accounts and finance team. Allocate work, review team outputs, and ensure timely closure of tasks. Support team development through training and performance feedback.
