Manager - Accounts and Finance

This role is based in Hubli

• Directly assists the General Manager on all strategic matters related to Accounts, Commercial, Budgets, Cash Flow Forecasting, Taxation etc.
• Preparation of Monthly MIS Reports (from SAP or BO) and Budget vs Actual variance analysis for accurate reporting of Mall performance and to facilitate Management Decision.
• Managing timely preparation and presentation of statutory books of accounts, Quarterly / Annual financial statements under Ind AS.
• Ensure Statutory Compliances and Audit Compliances for all accounting related transactions.
• Ensure timely booking of all Revenue and expenses and closure of books in SAP
• Oversee budget preparation and implementation of budgets.
• Co-ordination with P2P team for ensuring timely vendor payment, holding payment for GST defaulter vendors.
• Identifying opportunities for cost saving, monitoring cash flows to ensure optimum utilization of available funds.
• Maintain internal control safeguards and oversee all audit activities.
• Ensuring all assets of the company are properly insured and risks minimized.
• Develop tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information to the CFO and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations.
• Ensure that the Company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.

• Should have proficiency in Finalization of Accounts and Statutory Compliances
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and develop action plans
• Working knowledge of SAP, Ind AS and MS Office application
