We are seeking a Sr. BI Analyst who will support our growing CFO Services Team in Mangalore & Udupi locations in Karnataka. Job purpose This role aims to strengthen data-driven decision-making and support finance functions. The Sr. BI Analyst will assist in developing data-driven dashboards, providing insights through data analysis, and supporting accounting and finance operations as needed. Duties and responsibilities Building and maintaining dashboards in Excel, Power BI, and other data visualization tools to support business insights. Support data collection, analysis, and interpretation to aid decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data collection and reporting processes. Stay up-to-date on new tools and techniques in data analysis and proactively apply them to improve work efficiency. Qualifications/Skills Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in Power BI. Proficiency in Excel. We are seeking a Manager Accounts & Finance who will support our growing CFO Services Team in Bangalore & Udupi locations in Karnataka. Job purpose The purpose of this job is to oversee financial operations, manage accounting teams, and ensure compliance with US financial regulations. Duties and responsibilities Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow Supervise day-to-day accounting activities (payables, receivables, payroll, etc.). Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives. Manage audits and coordinate with external auditors Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team Conduct performance reviews and set goals for team members Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational objectives. Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement. Mitigate financial risks and implement internal controls.
