Accounts & Finance – Job Description Job Title: Accounts & Finance Manager Location: Delhi Role Overview The Accounts & Finance Manager will lead financial planning, accounting, compliance, budgeting, reporting, and financial controls across the group and SBUs. You are responsible for ensuring financial health, timely reporting, statutory compliance, and transparency to support strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Reporting Prepare, maintain, and reconcile books of accounts — general ledger, AR/AP, payroll, advances. Generate daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management. Manage financial close processes. Budgeting & Forecasting Lead budgeting cycles with functional heads. Track actuals vs budgets and provide variance analysis. Support financial modelling for projects, events, and strategic investments. Compliance & Taxation Ensure statutory compliance — GST, TDS, tax filings, audit coordination, and regulatory compliance. Manage internal controls to safeguard assets and mitigate risks. Cash Flow & Banking Manage cash flow, payables, receivables, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations. Liaise with auditors, consultants, and compliance partners. Stakeholder Support Work with program leads to cost-effectively manage summit finances, sponsorship accounting, and course revenues. Skills & Experience 5+ years in accounting/finance, CA/CPA/ACCA qualified preferred. Knowledge of Indian regulatory, taxation, and NGO/edu-tech financial compliance. Hands-on with accounting software (Tally/QuickBooks/Xero) and Excel. Organized, analytical, ethical, and detail-oriented. Preferred: Finance experience in multi-SBU orgs, events, or digital learning. Knowledge of US taxation and regulatory laws is desirable. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
