Key Responsibilities Accounting & Reporting Prepare, maintain, and reconcile books of accounts — general ledger, AR/AP, payroll, advances. Generate daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management. Manage financial close processes. Budgeting & Forecasting Lead budgeting cycles with functional heads. Track actuals vs budgets and provide variance analysis. Support financial modelling for projects, events, and strategic investments. Compliance & Taxation Ensure statutory compliance — GST, TDS, tax filings, audit coordination, and regulatory compliance. Manage internal controls to safeguard assets and mitigate risks.
