Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) Consultant at the Manager level to help us to support and optimize our invoice management processes within the SAP system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP VIM, deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry compliance, and proven in managing the end-to-end implementation and support projects.
Responsibilities:
- Able to design, configuration and implementation of SAP VIM solutions across multiple business units.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Procurement, and compliance to streamline invoice processing workflows.
- Continuous improvement initiatives and automation within the AP process.
- Candidate should be good team player and able to coordinate with external vendors and implementation partners.
- Experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and integration with VIM.
- Exposure to AI/ML-based invoice processing or intelligent document processing tools.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Workflow customization and enhancements.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in global implementation projects
- Prepare and present project updates to senior stakeholders.

Specific Certification
Experience
8+ years of SAP experience, with at least 5 years in SAP VIM Functional
Skill (Functional & Behavioural):
- Strong understanding of OpenText VIM, SAP ECC/S4HANA, and SAP Fiori.
- Experience in pharmaceutical will be added advantage
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and workflow automation.
- Excellent communication oral and written along with the presentable skills.
- VIM certification and any automation related to VIM is a plus advantage
