You will work closely with the HR team and business leaders to ensure a smooth hiring process and bring in candidates who align with our company’s culture and goals. This role is ideal for MBA freshers looking to build a career in HR and talent management.Roles And Responsibilities
Sourcing & Recruiting: Identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions in IT and Non – IT through job portals, social media, networking, and recruitment agencies.Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings, assess qualifications, and schedule interviews for hiring managers.Collaborating with Hiring Managers: Work with department heads to understand hiring needs, job descriptions, and required qualifications.Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process of new hires, including preparing documentation and ensuring smooth integration into the company.Job Postings: Write compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards and platforms to attract the right candidates.Employer Branding: Promote the company's brand on various platforms to enhance its image and attract top talent.Data Management: Maintain an organized database of candidates, track recruitment metrics, and generate reports on hiring progress.Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies in all recruitment activities.Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future job openings.Required Skills And Qualifications
