Job Description

Management Trainee - Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment:
Support the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Talent Sourcing:
Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Engaging Conversations:
Conduct persuasive and sales-driven conversations with candidates, promoting Zycus as an employer of choice.
Candidate Management:
Manage the recruitment pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth candidate experiences.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with hiring managers and the TA team to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
Reporting Analytics:
Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve sourcing strategies and reduce time-to-hire.

What we're Looking For:

MBA from a
Tier 1
business school is a must.
Strong conversational and interpersonal skills with a salesy and persuasive approach.
Highly aggressive, tenacious, and action-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
A go-getter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Prior experience or internships in recruitment or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
