Learn more: www.cropxplore.com Role Overview We are looking for an energetic and purpose-driven Sales & Marketing Trainee who is passionate about rural innovation and technology for impact. This is a high-growth role that leads to a performance-based promotion to Assistant Manager after 2 months, with a competitive salary as per market standards. Key Responsibilities Assist in field outreach, demo planning, and onboarding FPOs, CHCs, and drone service providers (DSPs) Generate leads and support regional sales activities Manage digital campaigns, WhatsApp/YouTube content for rural audiences Support sales documentation, pricing, and CRM updates Attend agri-exhibitions, demo days, and support drone deployment programs Who Should Apply Fresh graduates or early professionals in Agri-Business, Rural Management, BBA/MBA, or equivalent Field-ready, proactive, and interested in deeptech/rural innovation Strong communication (English + local language preferred) Comfortable with digital tools and on-ground sales interaction Growth Opportunity Based on performance during the 2-month trainee period, you will be promoted to Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing with a revised salary as per industry standards and an opportunity to lead regional operations.
