Job Title: Finance & Strategy Internship Company: CropXplore (Agribotic Systems Private Limited) Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (Hybrid) Duration: 3–6 Months (Internship) Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000/month (based on profile) Start Date: Immediate Joiners Preferred About CropXplore CropXplore is a young agri-tech startup building India’s first indigenous and affordable agri-drones for small and marginal farmers. Our mission is to transform rural agriculture through smart aerial solutions and digital innovation. As we scale up operations and expand into leasing, data monetization, and B2B partnerships, we’re building a strong financial foundation to support growth and investor readiness. Role Overview We are looking for a high-potential Finance Intern (MBA - Finance) who can support critical strategic and financial initiatives at CropXplore. You will work closely with the founders and advisors to help with financial modeling, projections, startup valuation , and fundraising documents . Outstanding performers may be considered for a pre-placement offer (PPO) with a future Associate/AVP - Finance track. Key Responsibilities Build and manage financial models and revenue projections for product and service lines Conduct valuation analysis (DCF, comparable startups, cap tables, etc.) Support the creation of investor pitch decks , term sheet reviews, and financial due diligence materials Assist in cash flow planning , budgeting, and unit economics Conduct competitor benchmarking and business model research Coordinate with CA/legal partners for statutory compliance and MIS reporting Requirements MBA in Finance or equivalent (completed or in final semester) Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of basic accounting and valuation Entrepreneurial mindset and attention to detail Bonus: Exposure to early-stage startups, agri-tech, or deeptech industries What You’ll Gain Hands-on experience working directly with startup founders on high-impact financial work Exposure to real-world investment processes and strategic decision-making Certificate, Letter of Recommendation & PPO opportunity based on performance Potential career track to Associate/AVP – Finance in a growing deeptech startup How to Apply Send your CV and a brief note on your interest in startup finance to: naresh@cropxplore.com Subject: Application for Finance Intern – [Your Name] Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship Contract length: 3 months Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
