Job Description: The Management Trainee in Sales and Marketing will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to develop skills and knowledge in sales, marketing, and dealership operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and work closely with experienced managers to drive sales growth and enhance marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

• Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to understand dealership operations, sales processes, and customer service standards.
• Sales Support: Assist sales teams in daily activities, including customer interactions, product presentations, and follow-up.
• Lead Generation: Support efforts to generate and qualify sales leads through various channels, including social media, events, and direct outreach.
• Customer Relationship Management: Learn to build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional service.

Marketing:

• Marketing Campaigns: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to increase dealership visibility and attract customers.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Content Creation: Contribute to the development of marketing materials, including social media posts, advertisements, and promotional content.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future strategies.

Management:

• Operational Understanding: Gain a comprehensive understanding of dealership operations, including inventory management, finance, and administration.
• Leadership Skills: Develop leadership and management skills by working closely with department heads and participating in strategic planning sessions.
• Project Management: Take on special projects and assignments to support dealership goals and enhance operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
