We’re assembling a kickass pilot team of Management Trainees who will work directly with the founders, shaping the brand, the customer experience, and the ground operations.

Who Are We Looking For?

We want go-getters who are:

• Recent graduates or postgraduates (MBA – Marketing / Sales / Operations preferred)
• Super passionate about Food, Branding, and Startups
• Available for a minimum of 6 months
• Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate (work-from-office role)
• Ready to hit the ground running immediately

What You’ll Be Doing

Marketing & Brand Building:

• Assist in executing digital and offline campaigns
• Work on social media storytelling and influencer tie-ups
• Research F&B trends, consumer behavior, and brand positioning

Sales & Business Development:

• Support on-ground B2B, B2C and D2C sales activities
• Help build customer acquisition funnels
• Participate in pilot campaigns & launch activations

Operations & Growth:

• Be involved in daily operations, vendor management, and logistics
• Learn what it takes to scale a D2C F&B brand from zero
• Bring energy, ideas, and executional excellence to every task
