Management Trainee (Finance & Administration)

Job Description

We are looking for fresh graduates to join as Management Trainee (Finance & Administration). This role offers direct exposure to senior leadership and hands-on learning in corporate administration, finance, and operations. Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior leadership with daily administrative, operational, and strategic tasks
• Draft professional reports, presentations, and business documents
• Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and manage executive schedules
• Support budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reconciliations
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist in GST, TDS, and audit compliance
• Collaborate with Finance & Compliance teams for smooth operations
• Handle communication with clarity and professionalism

Skills Required

• Strong English communication (written & verbal)
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basics of finance, accounting, and compliance (GST, TDS, audits)
• Knowledge of Tally ERP (preferred, not mandatory)
• Organizational & time management skills
• Professionalism, adaptability, eagerness to learn

• MBA/ BBA/ M.Com (Finance/Management) – Freshers
• No active backlogs at the time of selection
