Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for web, mobile, and API applications.
* Lead end-to-end testing processes including functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.* Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Postman, JMeter, or similar.* Collaborate with development teams to review code, discuss potential risks, and ensure quality throughout development.* Identify, log, and track defects; ensure timely resolution and retesting.* Lead the testing efforts for large or complex projects, mentoring and guiding junior QA team members.*Maintain and update testing documentation, ensuring that it remains aligned with changes to product features or requirements.* Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in software QA, including both manual and automation testing.* Proficient in one or more scripting languages (Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.).* Hands-on experience with QA tools such as Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JIRA, Jenkins, Postman, etc.* Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.* Experience with version control systems like Git.* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.* Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based testing environments.
* Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.* ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.* Experience in testing SaaS products or enterprise applications.

Pay: ₹289,935.84 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
