Management Trainee - AUTOSherpa CRM

HYBRID - WORK FROM HOME/OFFICE

In this role, you’ll get:

I. Cross-functional exposure across Sales, Marketing, HR & Product Support.

II. Lead initiatives for special projects that creates value for our customers.

III. Have exposure to Software project management, Sprints and New releases.

IV. Position the value of AUTOSherpa CRM software to new and existing customers.

V. Understand KPIs that drive business and publish intuitive business reports.

We’re looking for people who:

I. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

II. Are naturally curious and passionate about creating value for customers.

III. Are eager to learn, and have excellent logical and analytical aptitude.

IV. Are proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Compensation Plan:

I. Freshers: 6-month training period with stipend of Rs. 10,000 per Month.

II. Annual CTC: Post Training CTC - ₹2,40,000 Fixed + Rs. 60,000 performance-based Pay

To work from Home, you must have:

I. Laptop / Desktop with at least i5-i7 processor and 8 GB RAM

II. Internet availability. Recommended 8-10 Mbps

III. Dedicated Phone / Mobile connection
