Management Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Management Intern to join our growing team in Nagpur. This internship is ideal for individuals who are willing to learn how startups work, how daily operations are executed, and how business decisions are implemented from the ground up. You’ll gain hands-on experience across key areas like operations, strategy, business development, and execution all within a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations and workflow management
• Support strategy development, research, and project planning
• Help streamline and document business processes and SOPs
• Work closely with team leads on internal projects and client tasks
• Contribute to process improvement through observation and analysis
• Help with market research, competitor tracking, and basic business documentation
