Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Management Intern located in Bengaluru, with some flexibility for work from home. The Management Intern will assist in project management, data analysis, and strategy development. Daily tasks include researching market trends, compiling and analyzing data, preparing reports, and coordinating with different departments. The intern will also participate in strategy meetings and contribute to the implementation of business solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in data analysis and market research
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Basic understanding of financial services and digital payment platforms is a plus
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
