Role Overview:

Management Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily employee activities and work updates.
• Maintain and regularly update 

  Google Sheets

   for tracking attendance, work hours, and task completion.
• Evaluate and record employee performance metrics.
• Coordinate with department leads to gather feedback and monitor progress.
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Support HR & Operations in organizing team records and optimizing workflow.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in 

  Google Sheets, Excel

  , and other tracking tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible attitude.
• Willingness to work in 

  evening/night shifts (5 PM – 2 AM IST)

  .
