Education:

  • Students currently pursuing or recent graduates of Business, Management, Economics, Finance, or related fields.

Skills:

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of business operations or consulting is a plus
  • Enthusiasm to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment

Position Responsibilities:-

1. Market Research & Analysis

  • Assist in researching industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies.
  • Compile and summarize research findings into actionable insights and presentations.
  • Support basic financial data analysis and reporting for internal projects.

2. Project Coordination & Tracking

  • Support the team in project planning, documentation, and follow-up on action items.
  • Assist in preparing project trackers, meeting agendas, and minutes.
  • Help coordinate inter-departmental inputs on ongoing initiatives.

3. Internal Operations & Admin Support

  • Aid in documentation, internal reporting, and process mapping activities.
  • Support basic HR-related coordination such as organizing training sessions or maintaining onboarding checklists.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with different departments to gather inputs, feedback, or data as needed.
  • Assist in facilitating communication and documentation between teams.

5. Digital Marketing & Communication Support

  • Assist with LinkedIn outreach, PR activities, and social media content scheduling.
  • Monitor relevant publications and online presence to maintain brand awareness.
  • Help draft basic communication material for campaigns or updates.

6. Special Projects

  • Support on ad-hoc or strategic projects such as business expansion research, internal audits, or competitor benchmarking.
  • Assist with preparation of business proposals or pitch decks under guidance.
