Job Summary:- We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Founder's Office Intern to join our dynamic team at Sand Martin Global Outsourcing . This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Founder's Office team , supporting high-impact projects across multiple departments including business development, strategy, internal operations, and research . As an intern, you will gain exposure to cross-functional teams , develop project management and analytical skills , and contribute to strategic initiatives that shape the company's direction. Position Requirements:- Education: Students currently pursuing or recent graduates of Business, Management, Economics, Finance, or related fields. Skills: Strong research and analytical abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Excellent verbal and written communication Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Basic understanding of business operations or consulting is a plus Enthusiasm to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment Preferred Traits: High level of ownership and initiative Willingness to take on varied responsibilities Team player with a collaborative mindset Position Responsibilities:- 1. Market Research & Analysis Assist in researching industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies. Compile and summarize research findings into actionable insights and presentations. Support basic financial data analysis and reporting for internal projects. 2. Project Coordination & Tracking Support the team in project planning, documentation, and follow-up on action items. Assist in preparing project trackers, meeting agendas, and minutes. Help coordinate inter-departmental inputs on ongoing initiatives. 3. Internal Operations & Admin Support Aid in documentation, internal reporting, and process mapping activities. Support basic HR-related coordination such as organizing training sessions or maintaining onboarding checklists. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration Coordinate with different departments to gather inputs, feedback, or data as needed. Assist in facilitating communication and documentation between teams. 5. Digital Marketing & Communication Support Assist with LinkedIn outreach, PR activities, and social media content scheduling. Monitor relevant publications and online presence to maintain brand awareness. Help draft basic communication material for campaigns or updates. 6. Special Projects Support on ad-hoc or strategic projects such as business expansion research, internal audits, or competitor benchmarking. Assist with preparation of business proposals or pitch decks under guidance.
