Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely

  • Maintain, update, and verify data records to ensure completeness.
  • Use

    Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets

    basic formulas

    (SUM, AVERAGE, VLOOKUP, etc.) for reporting purposes.
  • Perform

    data sorting, filtering, and formatting

    for structured reporting.
  • Generate simple reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
  • Work with

    CRMs or other database tools

    to update and track information.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of business data.


Required Skills

  • Strong
