Key Responsibilities: Executive Research & Sourcing: Identify and profile top-tier executive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, and advanced Boolean search techniques. Build targeted lists of potential candidates for active searches across diverse industries. Market Mapping: Analyze organizational structures of target companies to map leadership talent. Compile competitor intelligence reports for client industries. Candidate Engagement Support: Draft outreach emails and communications to prospective candidates. Assist in scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate pipelines. Data Management: Update and maintain accurate records in the companys database. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information. Project Coordination: Support consultants in preparing client deliverables (position specs, candidate reports, presentations). Track search progress and deadlines. Business Development Assistance: Research potential client companies and key stakeholders. Help prepare pitch materials and proposals. Administrative Support: Handle scheduling, meeting coordination, and document preparation as needed. Learning Outcomes: Master advanced research methodologies and talent-sourcing tools. Understand executive compensation structures and career trajectory analysis. Develop professional communication skills for high-level stakeholder interactions. Gain exposure to client management and business development processes. Build a foundational network within the executive talent ecosystem. Qualifications: Currently pursuing / completed (2025) Bachelors in Business, HR, Psychology, Communications, or a related field. Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and aptitude for learning new software. Strong written/verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
