Management Assistant

As an Executive Assistant at Volvo Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of CPA Software Diagnostics in Volvo Group India with administrative tasks and coordinating projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating complex meetings and projects directly with key stakeholders. - Planning and managing time effectively to ensure all duties are completed in a prioritized and organized manner. - Obtaining and organizing information for conferences, speeches, and reports. - Editing, proofreading, and formatting documents, as well as basic authoring and drafting correspondence. - Assisting in the coordination of management team meetings, governance meetings, and providing support to overseas visitors. - Preparing materials for conferences, leadership meetings, and reports, as well as editing and drafting correspondence and documentation. To be successful in this role, you should have: - Advanced knowledge and experience as an assistant on a senior executive level (more than 5 years). - Good listening skills, high integrity, and the ability to handle highly confidential information. - Flexibility to perform a wide range of tasks, adapt to changes, and accept new challenges. - Strong business acumen, customer-centric mindset, and experience in administrative and executive support. - Excellent planning and organizational skills, taking the lead and accepting responsibility for actions and results. - A proactive approach to continuous development and learning. - Proficiency in IT tools such as Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel, Word) and fluency in English (written and spoken).
