Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for highly motivated and talented individuals for the position of Management Assistant! You will gain comprehensive experience across various departments, develop essential leadership skills, and contribute to innovative projects. This is an exceptional opportunity to grow and thrive in a supportive and challenging environment.

Key Activities & Responsibilities:

Assist Business Developer in all of his works.
Assist in project planning and execution.
Email, Chat & Call clients for various company works.
Analyze business processes and provide recommendations.
Collaborate with senior managers on strategic initiatives.
Develop and present reports and presentations.
Support daily operational activities.
Brainstorm on Marketing Activities.
Compile weekly updates from all departments, including Sales, Projects, Design, Accounts, Purchase and AMCs, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
Acquire in-depth knowledge of the products.
Oversee all aspects of exhibitions, including the preparation of presentations for stalls, seating arrangements, pamphlets, signage, refreshments (such as tea), and chocolates.
Conduct training sessions for clients.
Manage vendor relationships.

Education:

Bachelor's / Ongoing degree in Business, Management, or related field.
⁠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
⁠Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
⁠Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Location: Lodha Supremus, Kolshet Road, Thane(W)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,981.84 - ₹21,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Brahmand, Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
