We are seeking an individual with a minimum of two years of experience in the US taxation field who is looking to further develop their skills in US taxation and tax compliance within a friendly and fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibilities will include proficiency in tax analysis, preparation and review of tax returns, front-loads, and tax equalization calculations. You will be expected to apply your technical expertise in tax compliance, compensation, global equity, and employment tax engagements to identify and consult on tax issues. Additionally, you may have the opportunity to participate in or lead projects related to expatriate tax, foreign national tax returns, and Global Coordination. As part of the role, you will report to the engagement Manager(s) or Senior Manager(s), assist in leading overall engagement management, and provide technical guidance to junior team members. You will also be involved in conducting tax research related to expatriate/foreign nationals and drafting tax advice, as well as drafting correspondence with the IRS or state taxing authorities in relation to tax notices and/or audits for expatriates.
