Responsibilities - Oversee day to day mall operations. Liaise with tenants to address concerns, improve coordination and ensure compliance with lease agreements. Support leasing activities by coordinating with the leasing team. Plan and execute mall level promotions, festive decorations and events to drive foot fall. Ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the mall. Lead and manage mall staff across departments.
