GAYATRIMATA INDUSTRIES, an ISO9001: 2015 Certified Company and one of the leading Manufacturers and Suppliers of ESCOM,s material located in North Karnataka looking for Maintenance Supervisor – Conductor Plant Job Summary: To assist the Conductor Plant Supervisor in day-to-day production, shopfloor coordination, and basic quality and maintenance activities. The role ensures smooth shift operations and helps in maintaining safety, speed, and product quality. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Supervisor in managing daily production tasks and shift operations. Monitor the conductor machines and report any issues or irregularities. Support in handling raw materials (wire rods, bobbins) and finished coils. Coordinate with workers to ensure they follow instructions and maintain discipline. Maintain cleanliness and safety on the shopfloor as per instructions. Help in preparing basic production records and reports. Follow all safety and company guidelines under the direction of the Supervisor.
