Reviewing existing OTA and online presence and optimizing these listings to improve the performance on respective online platforms. 2. Planning, evaluating, implementing and continuously improving all processes of Revenue Management & yield Management for optimizing OTA performance. 3. Maintaining accurate rates and inventory allotments in a timely manner to promote rate parity throughout all booking channels. 4. suggest business strategies to recognise and encash on potential opportunities. 5. Conduct competitive and demand analysis and develop, monitor, adjust sales and pricing strategies. 6. Manage online, offline inventory 7. Maximise Revenue opportunities to Achieve set targets 8. Entering competitive deals with OTA platforms to improve visibility and improve performance. 9. Work with Compset, third party partners' data and internal data to identify revenue opportunities and/or challenges at specific properties. 10. ensuring resort descriptions/ details, high resolution images, Offerings are correctly displayed and are updated to date. 11. Manage Guest reviews and Maintain highest scores on OTA/google platforms 12. Constantly liaising with OTA companies and Maintaining strong client relationships. 13. Resolving conflicts related to OTAs 14. Constant search for new OTA platforms, assessment on suitability and bringing them on board for new business opportunities. 15. MIS Report on a Daily / Weekly / Monthly basis. 16. Monthly budgets preparation for rooms revenue 17. Other ad hoc responsibilities as assigned. Build B2B relationships, plan & executes sales strategies, negotiate contracts and meet revenue targets for this segment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Generate FIT, MICE business across corporate, TA, and leisure markets. 2. Build and expand networks with corporates, expatriates, and travel agents. 3.
