Position Overview: This position is required to ensure timely repairs, inspections, documentation, and preventative maintenance for electrical, plumbing and carpentry.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Electrical: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems/ equipment. Test and diagnose issues, ensure proper functioning, perform preventative maintenance, and keep inventory.2. Wiring: Use tools to install and repair wiring, locate faults, inspect systems.3. Plumbing: Install and maintain plumbing systems, cut/weld pipes, inspect systems for safety, and prepare cost estimates. Proficient in water supply, heating, and ventilation systems.4. Carpentry & Fabrication: Perform basic carpentry and fabrication tasks to build and repair structures and fixtures.

Educational Qualification: Degree/ Diploma or ITI Certification

Experience In Years: 6 to 10 years

Industry Experience: Any Industry

Languages: Basic Knowledge of English/ Hindi/ Marathi

Skills & Personal Attributes:
1. Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and repair.2. Skilled in wiring installation and maintenance.3. Competent in plumbing repairs and installations.4. Expert knowledge of transformers, stabilisers, electric panels

Fixed Pay (Monthly): Rs. 16,000 - 20,000

Variable Pay (Monthly): Not Applicable

Accomodation: Shared Accomodation Provided

Meals: Meals provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹192,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
