Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance

activities for specialized production equipment and ensure smooth operation of the

manufacturing line. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in SPM

machines, press machines, foaming equipment, and refrigerator assembly line machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily maintenance activities at the site.

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance for:

• SPMs (Special Purpose Machines)
• Press machines
• Thermo Forming machines
• Refrigerator assembly line equipment

• Ensure proper functioning of production machinery and minimize downtime.

• Maintain accurate maintenance data acquisition, logging, and documentation.

• Diagnose equipment faults and carry out corrective actions promptly.

• Plan and execute maintenance schedules to improve machine reliability.

• Coordinate with production and quality teams to support smooth operations.

• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and maintenance standards.

• Manage manpower and allocate tasks eectively.

• Submit daily/weekly reports to management on maintenance activities.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with SPM, press machines, foaming equipment, and

assembly line systems.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Knowledge of utility and machine data recording.

• Good communication and reporting skills.

• Ability to lead a maintenance team.

• Computer skills (Excel, Word, Email, maintenance software).
