Role Overview We are seeking a committed and detail-oriented Junior Machine Operator to support production operations on lamination and trimming machines at our Bhiwandi manufacturing facility. You will assist in running the machines efficiently, ensure smooth operation during your shift, and maintain basic quality and safety protocols on the shop floor. Roles & responsibilities Assist in the operation of lamination and trimming machines Load raw materials and collect finished products as per batch instructions Monitor machine performance and promptly escalate any issues Perform basic cleaning and routine checks to ensure machine hygiene and safety Support the senior operator in setup, changeovers, and maintenance tasks Maintain basic production records and follow shop floor SOPs Follow all safety guidelines and quality control procedures Participate in on-the-job training and skill-building activities. Preferred candidate profile ITI or Diploma in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering 13 years of experience in operating plastic thermoforming machines, preferably in packaging or similar manufacturing environments Basic understanding of machine operations and safety practices Willing to learn and grow under supervision Physically fit and comfortable with standing work across shifts Reliable, punctual, and a good team player

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Senior Machine Operator to join our fiber packaging manufacturing team in Bhiwandi. This role will be responsible for operating and maintaining lamination and trimming machines, ensuring consistent quality output, training junior operators, and supporting scale-up of our production capabilities. Roles & responsibilities Operate lamination and trimming machines as per standard operating procedures Set up machines for different production runs and changeovers Perform routine maintenance and ensure machine uptime Conduct in-process quality checks and report any deviations Maintain production logs, batch records, and downtime reports Train and guide junior machine operators across shifts Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives Preferred candidate profile ITI or Diploma in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering 46 years of hands-on experience in operating plastic thermoforming machines, preferably in packaging or similar manufacturing environments Strong understanding of machine operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting Familiar with quality inspection, GMP, and safety standards Comfortable working in a high-speed, quality-driven production environment A team player who can lead by example and support junior team members

Roles and Responsibilities We are hiring both men and women for these roles. Set up injection molding and thermoforming machines according to production requirements. If not operating machines, then do physical trimming activities and part cleaning. Prepare plastic materials for molding by measuring, weighing, and feeding them into the machine. Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy before packaging them for shipment. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by adhering to safety protocols. Desired Candidate Profile 0-5 years of experience in injection moulding or thermoforming industry. Familiarity with injection moulding machine operation and maintenance procedures. Basic understanding of material science principles applied to polymer processing.

Technical Skills : Expertise in injection moulding, thermoforming, and plastic processing technologies, with a focus on cosmetic packaging. Strong knowledge of materials such as PET, PP, and sustainable plastics commonly used in cosmetic packaging. Familiarity with CAD software, Mold design, and rapid prototyping. Soft Skills : Strong project management skills, with experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
