Store Cum Accounts Manager

As a Store Cum Accounts Manager at Antheia, you will be responsible for maintaining daily logs, processing invoices, resolving discrepancies, and optimizing inventory and operational costs. Your role will be crucial in ensuring accurate financial and operational records while fostering positive relationships with suppliers and team members. Collaboration with various departments will be essential to streamline operations and reduce costs effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain databases, logs, and MISs on a daily basis to ensure accurate and real-time financial and operational data. - Resolve discrepancies and ensure proper documentation and reporting of all financial activities. - Cultivate professional relationships with suppliers and team members to facilitate smooth operations. - Collaborate with procurement, kitchen/F&B, and maintenance teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce operational costs. - Ensure adherence to SOPs by all stakeholders. Qualification Required: - Educational Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Commerce & Finance. - Experience: 3 to 5 years in any industry. - Languages: Basic knowledge of English/Hindi.
