Maintenance Supervisor

As a Maintenance Supervisor at our company in Sharjah, UAE, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functioning of our machinery and equipment. You will lead a team of maintenance technicians, develop preventive maintenance schedules, and conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly. Collaborating with production and engineering teams, you will prioritize maintenance requirements and efficiently schedule repair downtime. Your responsibilities will also include managing spare parts inventory, troubleshooting hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, you will oversee the maintenance of factory infrastructure, respond to emergency maintenance calls, and contribute to enhancing workplace safety. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Previous experience in maintenance supervision, particularly in a manufacturing environment, is essential. You should have hands-on experience with various machinery such as laser cutting machines, CNC routers, bending machines, welding machines, and glass processing equipment. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are key, along with knowledge of industrial safety protocols.
