Maintenance Supervisor

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department. Your primary duties will include evaluating systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed, assessing building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules, and developing maintenance procedures and schedules. Additionally, you will have supervisory responsibilities such as hiring and training maintenance department staff, organizing and overseeing their schedules and work, conducting timely performance evaluations, and handling discipline or termination of employees when necessary and in accordance with company policy. Key Responsibilities: - Hire and train maintenance department staff - Organize and oversee schedules and work of maintenance staff - Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations - Handle discipline and termination of employees as needed Other responsibilities include ensuring that maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner, assisting with departmental budget estimates and costs of specific repair projects, and performing any other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Required: - Experience: Minimum 2 years in maintenance - Ability to commute/relocate to Palvelicham, Mananthavady, Kerala for in-person work Please note that food and accommodation will be provided for this full-time position with a day shift schedule.,
