Inventory Management Maintain accurate stock levels in physical and digital records (e.g., Google Sheets, IMS, or ERP). 2. Inward & Outward Management Verify and record all incoming materials against Purchase Orders (POs). Ensure proper documentation: GRN (Goods Receipt Note), Gate Pass, Delivery Challan, etc. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years’ experience in store or inventory role Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP systems. The role ensures smooth shift operations and helps in maintaining safety, speed, and product quality. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Supervisor in managing daily production tasks and shift operations. Monitor the conductor machines and report any issues or irregularities. Support in handling raw materials (wire rods, bobbins) and finished coils. Coordinate with workers to ensure they follow instructions and maintain discipline. Maintain cleanliness and safety on the shopfloor as per instructions. Help in preparing basic production records and reports. Follow all safety and company guidelines under the direction of the Supervisor.
