The Store Executive is responsible for efficiently managing the inward and outward movement of materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring timely availability of items required for production, dispatch, or sales. 1. Inventory Management Maintain accurate stock levels in physical and digital records (e.g., Google Sheets, IMS, or ERP). 2. Inward & Outward Management Verify and record all incoming materials against Purchase Orders (POs). Ensure proper documentation: GRN (Goods Receipt Note), Gate Pass, Delivery Challan, etc. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years’ experience in store or inventory role Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP systems.
