Job Description

As a Store Operations Manager, your role will involve overseeing daily store operations to ensure a smooth workflow. You will be responsible for managing the inward and outward movement of materials, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining an organized, safe, and clean storage environment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting regular inventory checks and reconciliations - Reporting stock discrepancies, damages, or shortages to management promptly - Ensuring proper storage and arrangement of materials according to company standards - Assisting in preparing store-related MIS reports for management review - Maintaining accurate stock registers and records - Coordinating with MIS personnel to ensure timely and accurate reporting - Coordinating with procurement, production, and logistics teams for smooth operations - Providing guidance to junior store staff and supporting their daily tasks - Communicating effectively with management regarding store operations and issues To excel in this role, you will need: - Strong organizational and coordination skills - Knowledge of storekeeping and inventory management practices - Basic MIS handling and reporting skills - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Good communication and teamwork skills The selection process for this position involves one round of Face-to-Face interview with the Store In-charge. Please note that the job is full-time and permanent, with benefits including health insurance and provident fund. The work location is in person.,
