As a Maintenance Senior Executive/Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our jewellery manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the manufacturing facility
• Manage and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify any maintenance issues and implement corrective actions
• Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
• Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities and ensure minimal disruption to production
• Develop and maintain maintenance records and reports to track equipment performance and identify areas for improvement
• Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment to ensure availability for maintenance needs
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all maintenance activities
• Continuously identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve efficiency and reduce maintenance expenses

Qualifications:

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of maintenance techniques and procedures
• Experience in managing a team and coordinating with other departments
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
• Willingness to work flexible hours and be on call for emergency maintenance needs
